Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all included hardware and manuals to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, clear any old shipping marks, and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
